1. Are only authentic / new items sold here?

Yes. All our items come directly from the manufacturer and are checked by hand by us before we offer the products for sale. Of course, all our items are brand new and unworn.

2. My size is sold out. What can I do?

If we don't have your size or the item you want in stock, we can get it for you via Personal Shopping. Feel free to contact us with your request by email to info@heatlimited or by WhatsApp on +49 151 27182201 and we will then send you a non-binding offer.

3. Which size is right for me?

Most of our sneakers and clothing are normal. Please choose the size that corresponds to your actual shoe size or half a size larger. However, some items are different. These are provided with an extra note. Alternatively, our size table can also help you.

4. How can I pay?

We accept a wide range of different payment methods. Simply select the most convenient payment method for you at checkout.

5. How does the shipping process work?

We usually process your order within 24 hours after receipt of the order. As soon as your goods have been shipped, you will receive a notification and a tracking number.

6. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €200. Below that, we charge shipping costs of €5.99. There is an extra charge for shipping abroad. You can see more detailed information at checkout or on our shipping information page .

7. How long does shipping take?

Shipping within Germany usually takes between 1 and 3 working days. Shipping abroad may take a little longer.

8. Is the shipment insured?

Yes. Every order is shipped insured.

9. What can I do if I haven't received my package?

Occasionally there may be delays in delivery at the post office. We therefore ask you to be patient if your goods cannot be delivered directly on the expected date.

10. How can I return my order?

We generally accept returns within two weeks of receipt of the goods. Please send your goods in the original shipping carton to Heatlimited, Schwaikheimer Straße 27/1, 71686 Remseck, Germany. After we have received and inspected your goods, we will immediately send a refund. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to cover the costs for the return shipment and must therefore be borne by the buyer.
